fore! play

Lani, Jess and I went mini-golfing after our Sunday lunch at Ruby Tuesdays, during which we had the pleasure of Maria’s company for the first time in a long while. We got to gab away totally uninterrupted because Zoey stayed home this time. I don’t think she minded too much – she had her grandma and daddy to boss around.

Putts Up! at the Compadre’s Mall was more fun than any of us expected! In fact, if you go there be sure to look for a familiar face on the 18th hole wall of fame. :X (And I’m not talking about Jerrold and Aki, although their smiling mugs are posted too.)

I’ve got a free game pass burning a hole in pocket. Anyone care to play?

This was a really wonderful Sunday. We got to spend time with friends at Ruby Tuesdays and at the gelato place in Tumon – anyone recall the name? I just call it “the gelato place in Tumon.”

Zoey’s teething, so her nights have been really restless. Wayne worked today, and my mom and dad entertained Zoey during the morning while I got some sleep.

Around noon, after Zoey and I had naps, we got all dolled up and met Lani, Jessica, Val and Myloe for lunch at Ruby Tuesday. I had a strawberry lemonade, although I really wanted a grape martini. Zoey had a soy bottle. :P Wayne met up with us. We also ran into Mike and Josie who were having lunch as well. Zoey showed everyone her hammer dance. We got to eat and chat for just a little bit – and then it was off to our gelato date with Glenn, Kat and Isaiah. The boys fed the babies while Kat and I shared labor room war stories. I had coconut and limone gelato – mmm, mmm.

We were home by 5 p.m. and all worn out. Zoey and I had another nap.

Our lives are full. I never realized how much free time I used to have. What ever did I do all day before the baby?

No one remembered to bring their camera – babies make you scatterbrained – but I got this shot on Wayne’s phone. Next time I’ll bring my camera along and take some good pictures. Isaiah looks just like Glenn. I’ll also have to take a movie of Zoey doing the typewriter dance …. it’s the BEST. :D
