Lani asked why I don’t put Chamoru on my site anymore, so to make her happy I put up the poem I wrote for class back in February w/ the English translation. Check it out in Cyberfluff – then shoot me a comment and tell me what you think.

Michelle: Here freaks.
Lani: Michelle’s a freak.
Michelle: Gee, thanks.
Lani: What’d she put?
Michelle: She’s putting our conversation!

We finished our Chamorro 2 presentation on Asinan on Thursday. And if I say so myself, we did a damn good job. Speaking in front of everybody in the lecture hall wasn’t as bad I thought it was going to be. I wasn’t nervous at all. Just have the paperwork left to do this week. Only a month left of school. Holy crap.
I’m also thinking of attending a conference in Washington DC this July. That should be cool. I just might meet some other people like me. You can check it out at the NEASE site if you’re interested. This summer is going to be jam packed.
Anyhoo, I have new stuff for ya … Aprilyn stopped by my place the other day and brought along baby pictures. She was nice enough to lend me three to scan for everybody. Alex is so handsome! I also scanned some pictures I took of the flowers around the yard.
